What is your design process like from start to finish?
Our process is simple and collaborative. It starts with a Discovery Call to understand your goals. Then, our team moves to Design & Creation, where we craft the initial concepts. You'll have time for Review & Revisions to provide feedback. Once you give final approval, we move to Final Delivery of all your files.
How long does it take to get my graphics after I purchase a package?
Turnaround time depends on the package, but our goal is always speed and quality. Our standard delivery is maximum of 10 business days. This timeline also depends on how quickly you provide feedback during revisions.
What if I don't like the first design? How do revisions work?
That's exactly what the revision process is for! Every graphic in your package includes up to 3 rounds of revisions. We'll take your feedback on the initial concept and make adjustments to the color, layout, or text until we get it just right. Our goal is for you to be 100% satisfied with the final design.
Do I own the final designs and get the source files?
Yes. Upon final payment, you receive full ownership and commercial usage rights for all final graphics. We deliver high-resolution JPG and PNG files, perfect for web and social media.
Will the graphics be sized correctly for Instagram, Facebook, and my website?
Absolutely. We know a one-size-fits-all approach doesn't work. Each graphic is delivered in multiple orientations to ensure it looks perfect everywhere you post it. This typically includes Square (1:1), Vertical (9:16 for Stories), and Horizontal (16:9 for web banners).
What types of graphics can I request with my package?
You can use your package for almost any digital marketing need. The most common requests are: social media posts, digital ad creatives (for Facebook/Instagram), email newsletter headers, and website banners or hero images. If you have a specific need not listed here, just ask!
What information or files do you need from me to get started?
Getting started is easy. We'll need your logo (in a high-resolution format), any brand guidelines you have (like specific colors or fonts), and a clear idea of what you want each graphic to say or promote. Any specific photos you want to include are also a huge help.
Can you design a new logo for my business as part of these packages?
Logo design is a much more in-depth branding process and is not included in these graphic packages. These packages are designed for creating marketing assets for an existing brand. However, we do offer separate, comprehensive branding and logo design services. Please contact us for a custom quote.
