Buried in the Feed: Events, scholarships, and award info lived in old Facebook posts and PDFs; we built one place people could actually find it.
Run by Volunteers: Nobody on the chapter has time to fight a website; we built something a volunteer can update in ten minutes without calling anyone.
The Next Generation Gap: Youth programs are the whole point, but families couldn't find them; we gave first bird awards and scholarships their own front-and-center pages.
Judged in Six Seconds: Sponsors, donors, and new members size up a chapter by its website; we built one that looks as serious as the work behind it.

This chapter has been doing the work for years. Banquets that fund habitat. Scholarships that send kids to school. First bird awards that hook a young hunter for life. But if a family in the county can't find the banquet date or figure out how to submit their kid's first bird, none of it reaches them. Our job was simple: take everything this chapter already does and make it impossible to miss. Clear pages, obvious next steps, and a site the volunteers can actually run themselves.
We designed around the person who lands on the site knowing nothing — a parent whose kid just shot their first bird, a hunter looking for the banquet, a business owner considering a sponsorship. Big photos of real people in the field, plain language instead of organization-speak, and one clear action on every page. Event dates you can find in a glance. A first bird submission that takes two minutes on a phone in a truck. Scholarship info a high school senior can actually understand. It's built mobile-first because that's where people look, and it's built simple because the volunteers running it have day jobs. Nothing on the site is there to look impressive. Everything on it is there to get somebody to take the next step.

Before we stepped in, the product looked like inventory. We changed the narrative through professional content production. By staging realistic hunting and outdoor scenarios, we elevated the product from a simple tool into an aspirational lifestyle piece. This creates the emotional connection required to sell premium products at a premium price point.
